Intelligenz für
physische Räume.
Wir vermessen die Filiale: Traffic, Journeys, Media-Reichweite und Auslastung.
Trusted by leading European retailers
Warum jetzt
Was wir tun

So funktioniert es →About Pygmalios
What is Pygmalios?
The plain-English version — what we are, what we measure, and how privacy works.
What is Pygmalios?
Pygmalios is a people-counting and in-store analytics vendor for physical retail. Our cameras measure shopper footfall, dwell time, conversion, shelf availability, and how many people actually see your in-store screens — without identifying a single person.
What does Pygmalios do?
We turn what happens on the shop floor into numbers you can act on: how many people came in, which zones they walked through, how long they lingered, where queues formed, whether the shelf was stocked. Reported by store, by zone, by hour.
Is Pygmalios a people-counting system?
Yes — counting people is the foundation. On top of accurate footfall, Pygmalios adds dwell and path analytics, queue and staffing data, shelf-availability tracking, and in-store retail-media audience measurement, all from the same sensors.
How does Pygmalios protect privacy?
Anonymous by design. No image is stored, no one is identified, and no biometric templates are built. The sensor reads the scene on the spot and passes on only aggregate counts — measurement that stays useful and GDPR-friendly.
